Previous owner had front end, ball joints, steering, tie rods, and idle arm repairs (has invoices) Paint rubbed and ceramic coating applied. Shop manual, electrical manual, Body Assembly Manualįlex Fan replaced with correct clutch fan And, with receipts to prove it, he maintained it like a true "car guy"! Visually, She really stands tall, you'll be proud to be the new owner. ![]() We think you'll love this 'Bird as much as our seller does, he was proud to drive it and take it to the shows. ![]() It's powered by the 390 Cubic Inch, 300 Horsepower ("Z" Code) Thunderbird engine and Automatic (C6 Cruise-O Matic) Transmission. The Thunderbird "expert" will note that the trim tag paint code is V for Bright Light Yellow, the gauges were replaced with AutoMeter (for more accuracy?) and the Wide White Wall radial tires mounted on those cool true Wire Wheels were certainly not original to this 1964 Thunderbird. The restoration was not done with the intent to have it be "100% Authentic". The odometer shows 8,113, which according to the paperwork he has, the engine rebuild and (probably) paintwork was done at that time as well (approximately ten years ago). 1964 Ford Thunderbird 24,995 434 /mo 90,709 miles Engine: 390 Days Listed 135 Price 991 below avg. The previous owner lived in Georgia where the restoration was done prior to his purchase. Originally sold through the Kansas City DSO, it spent most of its time in the South. The previous previous is in his late 80's and is sad to have to give up his T-Bird because of his failing eyesight.
